Try one of the great number of variations, perhaps, the most popular dish in the Arab countries - biryani. It`s very spicy, so be careful.
How to try biryani in Dubai
Dubai cuisine is a combination of Libyan and Syrian culinary traditions with small impregnations from other countries. For example, the biryani was brought to the Middle East from India. The original version of the dish had been gradually undergoing the "Oriental cutting". In addition, in every cafe and restaurant it is cooked in its own way. Therefore, you can get to know it again and again, each time discovering this dish in a new way.

In Dubai, biryani is cooked from basmati rice, to which chicken, lamb or fish is added. Sometimes biryani is seasoned with cloves, raisins or pistachios. They add a lot of spices to Dubai pilaw. Various combinations of seasonings, meat and vegetables allow Dubai chefs to experiment with this dish.

How to do?

1. Biryani is served in many institutions in Dubai. There are even restaurants which specialize in Biryani.

2. Dubai pilaw is very piquant and spicy, so it's not for everyone. Just in case, order camel milk (where else would you try it?) or at least a glass of water.

How much?

Biryani costs from 40 dirhams.
