How to try biryani in Dubai
Dubai cuisine is a combination of Libyan and Syrian culinary traditions with small impregnations from other countries. For example, the biryani was brought to the Middle East from India. The original version of the dish had been gradually undergoing the "Oriental cutting". In addition, in every cafe and restaurant it is cooked in its own way.
