How to buy burqa in Dubai
Not so long ago 30 years ago almost all women in the Emarates used to wear masks that hid their faces. In a little while the tradition will filed as a history, but you can find and try on the off-beat accessory yet.

Burqa is a traditioal woman accessory. It resembles a metal mask, but in fact it is tailored, dyed dark blue or violet and rubbed with a glass sphere to give metal luster.

Burqa used to be a symbol of beauty and femininity, sometimes it even were soaked with herbal infusion to prevent wrinkling.

Today only some elderly women who live in countryside.

How to do?

1. You can buy burqa in
the Dubai Mall or just go to the local market in an old district Deira.
2. Now burqa is mostly tailored with the help of a sewing machine to make trimming neater. But also you can find a hand-made burqa mask.
3. Try an authentic accessory on and take a selfie.
