The traditional italian dish "trippa" is made of beef tripe. Trippa can look like a soup or even like a fast-food.
How to try trippa in Rome
The tripe is fried with the spices and stewed in wine. There are different tipes of trippa: the self-serving dish, the part of a dish or even the fast-food wraped into bread.

How to do?

1. Come to any italian restaurant and order trippa to your taste (or trust the waiter's advice)
2. The next day try another one in other place.
3. And than - one more.

How much?

As a trippa has different types, it's price is different too.
