The traditional italian dish "trippa" is made of beef tripe. Trippa can look like a soup or even like a fast-food.
How to try trippa in Rome
The tripe is fried with the spices and stewed in wine. There are different tipes of trippa: the self-serving dish, the part of a dish or even the fast-food wraped into bread.
