Sapodilla or Lamuts — is a sweet tropical fruit, brown on the outside and inside. Flesh is slightly fibrous and grainy, and the taste is very sweet and has a subtle pleasant aroma. You should eat this fruit with a spoon, cutting the fruit into two halves, or peeling and cutting it into pieces — in both cases, be sure to remove the seeds, so as not to choke.
Choosing a ripe sapodilla, you need to touch it — it should be moderately soft, with no too hard areas, dents, and cracks.
