How to walk through the ruins of Knossos Palace on Crete
Knossos Palace is located near the capital of Crete, Heraklion, and you can reach it by bus or car. Entrance to the Palace is located on the western side, you can recognize it by a sign "KNOSSOS ENTRANS. EINGANG. Palast. PALACE. PFLFIS."

Inside the palace you will see the reconstruction of its former decoration, stroll among the ruins of the first palace built on this site, and you will pass through many courtyards and secret rooms, intricate so that the passage of the palace resembles a walk through the labyrinth. It's not a coincidence that the palace is considered to be the place where the famous labyrinth of the Minotaur could be located.

Do not forget to take a ball of yarn with you, as the heroes of famous myth - and you will definately get out of this maze :)

Guest14 July 2016Отдыхая и путешествуя на о.Крит мы посетили Кносский дворец, который является основной архитектурной достопримечательностью острова. К сожалению от самого дворца осталось очень мало, но если вы хорошо знаете историю или возьмете экскурсовода, то методом хорошей фантазии и многочисленными картинками как все выглядело ранее, ваша экскурсия будет увлекательной. Считается, что под дворцом находится лабиринт Минотавра, но мы его не нашли.
