In the day of appearance the red wooden trailers became the hallmark of Istanbul.
Riding in the historic Istanbul tram - it's like traveling in a time machine. So it was a hundred years ago and so it will be another hundred years. Despite all types of transport, which have already been invented and still come up, the old wooden tram remains plying along the streets of the city, transporting several thousand passengers a day and attracting the attention of travelers from all over the world. How to do?
1. Go to the European part of the city.
2. Climp up to Istiklal Street with the help of the Tunnel from the Karakey area or by the funicular located at the Kabatash quay.

3. Pay the entrance fee and borrow a place by the window.
4. After riding in the tram, exit at any stop and visit one of many restaurants in this area.
