How to try local Chalong Bay rum in Phuket
Rum, which is made in a Chalong Bay factory, has a remarkable quality: it is made from Thai first press sugarcane, which is carefully selected from a variety of other 300 existing in the country.

The production process miraculously combines the traditions of Thai and French techniques — this can be checked out by ordering a tour to the factory. During such tour you will not only learn some of the secrets of rum production, but will be invited to taste the spirit and a variety of cocktails it is added to.

Here you can buy the local rum when visiting the store boutique. The bottle will cost you 620 Baht.
