On Mount Filerimos is a path that leads to the very top and is stretched along the cypress avenue and bas-reliefs depicting the passion of the Lord.
How to walk on the path to Calvary on Rhodes
On Mount Filerimos, which is just 15 kilometres from the island's capital, is a unique path from two sides surrounded by cypress trees, bronze images of the passion of the Lord, that leads to the top of the mountain on which is located the 18-meter cross with a viewing platform.

"The Way to Calvary" was paved by the monks, and it equals to the path that Jesus Christ passed with his cross. Along the way, you will meet the peacocks, there are many of them near the monastery.
