Salo in chocolate is the most extraordinary desseret in Lviv. Being here you just have to try such an exotic "sweet".
How to try salo in chocolate in Lviv
Salo is a kind of pork fat that is traditional Ukrainian food. Usually it is served salted and seasoned. But true Ukrainians took a step further and turned salo into chocolate dessert.

At first it used to be a subject to make jokes, but now foodies from almost all over the world want to taste Salo in chocolate. Exquisite delicacy that combined uncombined things is considered to be one of the most popular desserts in Ukraine.

How to do?

1. Head to Svobody avenue, 6/8. Here you'll see legendary art space that combines a classical museum with a restaurant.
2. Come inside. Don't hurry to take the seat at the table. Go along the halls and take a close look at quite interesting exhibits.
3. Having looked at "works of art" and worked up an appetite have a seat at the table and order the fanciest dessert - salo in chocolate.
