In the village of Embona you can visit a local winery, where you will find out how the locals make the best wine in Rhodes.
How to taste wine in Greece winery on Rhodes
If you like wine, then you should definitely visit the village of Embona. It is known throughout Rhodes as the capital of Greek wine. Here is a large winery plant and several small wineries - Kunakis, Alexandris and Mercuris.

The largest winery is called Emery, here you can taste the wine in a real wine cellar, and also buy a couple of bottles as souvenirs.

How to do?

1. Take a bus to the city of Kamiros (daily at 9:00 and 11:15 from the bus station), then take a taxi to Embona (about € 30).
2. Walk along the coast to the vineyards, where wineries are located.
3. Taste the collection! :-)
