Souvlaki - a typical Greek fast food - is fried meat on skewers, which can be ordered at any cafe, restaurant or diner.
Souvlaki is a traditional Greek dish. It is made from pork or lamb meat, less often - from chicken or fish. Meat is cut into small pieces, marinated with the addition of various spices, olive oil and lemon juice, then threaded on wooden skewers and fried over an open fire, due to which the meat becomes a little dry but the aroma causes a brutal appetite :)
