How to see changing the guard of the Evzones in Athens
Evzones are the soldiers of the Greek army, an obligatory requirement for whom is attractiveness and growth of not less than 187 centimeters. They honorably keep watch at the Presidential Palace and the Greek Parliament. Dressed in a Bavarian-style uniform with a tsaruha - leather boots with large black pompoms, each weighing about 3 kg and being knocked down with 60 steel nails, so that the Evzones can effectively and sonically walk along the pavement.
