The design of this sweet-shop was created by the famous painter - Jules Shere, who worked on the painting of the Sistine Chapel and the Opera Granier. He become the author of the firm color of a pasty shop - pistachio, and the angel which he painted on the ceiling became a symbol of a the confectionery. But the place became most popular when the grandson of the owner came up with an amusing idea form of cookies. He combined two cookies with ganache cream and got a macaron!
