Just do not think that this place is worth visiting only because here the Game of Thrones was filmed. This place is incredible by itself. Another 500 years ago, one local, asked the seamen, to bring him the most outlandish plants that they can only find from their distant wanderings. Therefore, in the arboretum the unusual plants from around the world are collected. Ancient fifteen meter aqueducts, majestic fountains, centuries-old trees woven together ... In their shadow, plotting plans were built by Lord Varis and Tyrion. Here, at the marble statues, fountains, in secluded galleries like a vine, they wove their intrigues.

It seems that in this quiet place you can hide from everything in the world, relax from the bustle and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the film. And by the way, here a lot of fruits from trees (oranges, lemons, fortunel) just lying right under your feet, so you can even grab a bite :)

Entrance to the arboretum in the season costs 7 kunas, in non-season admission is free.
