How to try Plah Plow fish in Phuket
One of the most famous fish dishes in Thailand is Plah Plow or grilled fish. This Asian delicacy undoubtedly deserves the highest appraisal. Imagine fresh fish, stuffed with lemongrass and a variety of aromatic herbs, coated in salt and fried on grill... M-mmm, delicious!

The white fish meat is tender and flavorful, and if served with a spicy salad or rice for garnish it’s a gastronomic delight.
