The small church near the Tiber river is better known for "Mouth of Truth", but also you can find the skull of Saint Valentine here.

How to do?

1. Find the Basilica of Saint Mary in Cosmedin here in Rome: it's placed between the Circus Maximus and the Palantino, but closer to the river.
2. The skull is kept under the altar.
