The Marina Torch skyscraper is one of the most trophy projects in the Emirates that truly deserves to take unfailing place in Delta Marine!
The Marina Torch, Dubai
The Marina Torch, or Dubai Torch is the fifth highest residence building in the world. 336-meter skyscraper holds 676 flats. There is a parking lot for 536 places, swimming pool, sauna bath, gym along with cafe, restaurant and six supermarkets.

The Marina Torch, Dubai

The Marina Torch is considered to be extremely high and trophy building, but it is really famous for the panoramic view of the city and, strange to say, for notoriety. In 2015 and 2017 there were fires in the skyscrapers, both of them were caused by people's carelessness. They left barbecue grill unattended and it ended up in serious construction damages. Now people do not want to come back to their flats and a lot of them stand empty.
