Feed a giraffe at the incredible Al Ain Zoo, largest in the Middle East. It will bring a lot of fun for both adults and children.
How to feed giraffes in Al Ain
This zoo is the largest in the Middle East. It attracts tourists by its rather large landscaped area, a variety of animals, birds and reptiles, as well as by an opportunity to feed some of them right out of your hand.

The feeding of a giraffe is a real adventure for travelers, which will cost you 10 dollars. But before you will treat a spotted giant with rich grass you have to do a kind of ritual - wash your hands thoroughly! And that is because of giraffes - these animals are gentle and vulnerable, they may pick up a virus easily.

As soon as your washing procedure is over, you may take a good deal of grass and call giraffes. All that goes in an orderly manner – by a group of four people. It is very interesting to watch the animals, and even more so, when they bowed in front of you waiting for a tasty treat.

By the way, the giraffes living in the Al Ain Zoo have one of the biggest open-air cages, imitating the natural habitat of animals. The giraffes often rest of the fence of the enclosure, an observation tower was built alongside with them.
