How to try paella in Valencia
Traditionally, the Spanish word "paella" came from Valencia, like the dish itself, and in the local dialect means "frying pan". The invariable ingredient is rice. It is seasoned with seafood, vegetables or meat, but always with saffron - it stains rice in yellow and gives a spicy flavor.

How to do?

1. They say, that the best paella is cooked in El Palmar village near the park Albufera, 15 minutes drive from Valencia.
2. In one of the cafes, order yourself a valencian paella with a glass of red dry wine, diluted with soda.
