In the lagoon of the Parque Natural de la Albufera, about 350 species of birds, as well as freshwater from the Red Book, have been sheltered.
Parque Natural de la Albufera, Valencia
Albufera Nature Park lies in the marsh harbor in the resort of Playa de Muro.

On the freshwater lake, which the rice plantation separated from the sea and naturally began to filter the salt water in it, more than 100 species of rare birds nest, trout and river eel are swimming. Fishing is prohibited here, but it is allowed to feed birds and even swim by boat among the local fauna.

In the park of Albufera, you can biking, have a picnic, eat a valencian paella, and even spend the night in the campsite to see the rising sun over the lagoon in the morning.
