One of the most unusual Italian dishes is Fiori di zucca made of zucchini flowers, mozzarella and anchovies. Yes, it sounds strange, but it's really tasty!
How to try Fiori di zucca in Rome
Fiori di zucca is fried pumpkin or zucchini flowers. The Romans prefer zucchini,because it gives the special flavor.

It's not difficult to prepare this unusual dish: they add mozzarella into the flowers, roll it batter and fry on the olive oil.
