Kürtőskalács is a hollow rolls of pastry, are sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Many people add to them all sorts of fillings, such as jam, chocolate paste or cream.
The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary want to be called a country of kürtőskalács. Until now, the exact place of birth of this dessert is unknown.
