Sure, everyone tried a sweet tasty ice cream, but donurdma is not just ice cream. It's a special dessert of Turkish cuisine.
How to taste dondurma in Antalya
Dondurma is a traditional Turkish sweet that resembles ice cream, as it consists mainly of milk and sugar. But the Turkish recipe also includes a sheepskin and mastic. Due to these ingredients, the treat becomes viscous and sticky (sometimes it even has to be eaten with a knife and fork).

This ice cream melts much slower than usual one so it is sold right on the streets out of carts. Sometimes sellers arrange a whole show with a viscous paste to attract travelers.

How to do?

1. Dondurma is sold in any part of the city: on beaches, at all sights, so it will not be difficult to find it.
2. Take part in the presentation that the seller will arrange for you.
3. Buy the delicious ice cream and try this national Turkish sweetness.

How much?

The price for one portion of dondurma is 1 lire.
