How to see the sunset from the top of Castle Hill in Nice
When the emperor Napoleon III himself climbed up the hill he said that it is the most beautiful landscape that he had ever seen. The spellbinding view gathers locals and travelers from around the world.

How to do?

1. Climb the hill in one of the possible ways: on foot, on an elevator located in the thickness of the rock or by a cozy train specially equipped for tourists.
2. Head to the viewing platform or have a sit on one of the benches on the hill.
3. Enjoy an unforgettable sunset and a view of the six-kilometer Promenade and the bay of angels.

Although the hill is only 92 meters high, it gives you an opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view of the famous Promenade and the whole Nice.

Tips and hints

Take a warm plaid, because in the evening it can be really windy up the hill and you can also grab a bottle of local wine :)
