The old port in Marseille is like the Eiffel tower in Paris: it's the first place you should go to while visiting this city.
How to walk through the Old Port in Marseille
Shops, cafes and bars are placed near the harbor. Take a ride on the ferris wheel at the daytime and visit the Havana cafe or sport-bar at night.

1. Walk to the port by feet or take the metro (Vieux-Port Hotel de Ville station).
2. Walk along the seafront.
3. Visit one of the bars or restaurants, located near the sea.
