Sakura cherry blossom turns Chidorigafuchi moat in one of the most beautiful places on earth: about three hundred trees planted along the moat, in the short period of its blossom, present you a really breathtaking picture - seems like light pink mist is hovering above water surface.

You can rent a boat here and take a ride along the river being surrounded by this sakura madness, but remember that there will be a lot of tourists. Sakura blossoms only 7 or 10 days in the year (in Tokyo, it is usually late March or early April) if the weather is good or even less, so that all the fans to take a look at the unique cherries will be right there.
Boat rental is opened from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm. It is closed on Mondays.

boat rental costs 500 yen per half an hour in regular season and 800 yen per 30 minutes during the cherry blossom (hanami season).
