How to taste hot and spicy gazpacho in Seville
Spanish cold soup Gazpacho, which is known everywhere, used to be an ordinary dish and was made of the simplest ingredients: water, vinegar, stale bread, olive oil and garlic. But when at the beginning of XIX century the Spanish got enriched with tomatoes, the recipe became different.

Nowadays gazpacho main ingredients are tomatoes, cucambers, pepper, bread and they add vinegar and garlic as well to make the dish spicy and flavored.
Gazpacho is served cold and sometimes they add a few ice cubes in the dish.

How to do?

1. No matter which Spanish restaurant and cafe you come round, you'll definitely find cold soup.
2. At gazpacho homeland, the cream-soup can be different - classical made with red or yellow tomatoes or you can try sweet gazpacho.
3. Don't forget to order a glass of water, gazpacho is a quite hot meal.
