You can adjust the speed by yourself and ride as much time as you want.
To attract visitors even in summer time, ski slope at Bled Lake turns into monorail track for tobogganing - going down by sledge without runners that are equipped with a handle to slow down and adjust the speed.
512-meter rail track is zigzag shaped with 25°inclination. While going down a toboggan can speed up to 40 kilometers per hour.

How to do?
1. Summer tobogganing point is placed in Straza Bled amusement park at Lake Bled, the entrance - from Pod Stražo street. Go north west from Ljubljana along E61 highway. Here you'll find free parking lot.

2. Toboggan starting point is located on Straza Hill - you can go up by chairlift (cost is included into the ticket price). Here you'll get provided basic instructions, fastened safety belts and pushed down the slide. In the middle of the way you can slow down a little and check out the view of the Julian Alps and the lake, but don't stop not to make crash situation.

Bled island
The island on Bled Lake is 10 kilometers from Ljubljana. The lake is surrounded by the Julian Alps and forests.

Night tobogganing - from July, 1 till August, 20 on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm till 11pm.

How much?
One chairlift ride and toboggan slide is €8 for adults, for 6-14-year-old children - €5. Two rides - €11 and €7, three rides - 14€ and €9.
