How to stroll through the Dharavi slums in Mumbai

In the Dharavi slums people are friendly and courteous, they dress well, look neat, take pictures and communicate with travelers.

Here you can also visit local shops, street hairdressers, coffee shops and canteens. In the slums there are several hotels where you can stop for the night and all this contrasts with the backdrop of numerous mountains of garbage.
