Let me introduce you an incredibly tasty homemade Greek snack from shrimps in tomato sauce - Saganaki shrimp.
How to try the Saganaki shrimp in Thessaloniki
So, lets grab a little of big shrimps. Now add some onion, and a little bit of garlic for the aroma. Frying and stewing, and a again and and a little more. Now we add pepper, salt add tomatoes, a bit of ouzo and voila saganaki are ready. Isn't it yummy? Go and try yourself!

How to do?

1. Saganaki shrimps are not an exquisite dish, but rather a homemade meal that the Greeks at the table are eating at home by the whole family, so do not look for them in a restaurant, better visit one of the local taverns .
2. Order saganaki, a little ouzo (after all, the saganaki, is a snack for this drink, so you just cant ignore it any way)!
3. Eat as much as you want, shrimps are delicious :)
