Dubrovnik Cable Car is the only one cable car on the Adriatic coast and you really should go for a ride in its transparent cabin to enjoy the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea coast, Dubrovnik and all the surrounding islands to the horizon.
The lowest embarkation point is located in the Old Town near the Ploče Gate. The upper one is at the height of 405 meters above sea on the peak of the Mount Srdj. The ride takes about 4 minutes.
It's better to ride to the Srdj mountain in the morning, to avoid queues, or in the evening to avoid heat and enjoy the sunset.
Tips and hints: up to 30 people can ride in one cabin at the same time, so you'd better take a seat at the window which is closer to the sea.
Prices: for adults, a return ticket costs 120 kunas (one-way ticket is 70 kunas). For children from 4 to 12 years old, a return ticket costs 50 kunas (one-way ticket is 30 kunas). You can pay by credit card. Tickets are available at the lowest embarkation point.
